The following policies apply to online purchases only.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

All orders will be processed within 3 business days and ship within 5-10 days of ordering. An email with USPS or UPS tracking information will land in your inbox shortly after you place your order.

CANCELLATIONS

At this time, orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. If your order is being processed or has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy below.

VARIATIONS

We do our best to portray each of our items as true to original as possible, but due to the digital color calibration and some of our items being one-of-a-kind finds, item colors and finishes may vary slightly from the image shown on our website. If you have questions, we’re happy to provide additional information on our products – just email customerservice@thebarefootcottage.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-sale items that are in original, unwashed, unworn, unsoiled (no makeup, deodorant, or additional marks/stains) and unaltered condition with original tags attached. If your items meet these criteria, please contact customerservice@thebarefootcottage.com within 14 days of receiving them. Return shipping must be paid by the customer. We will process your request within 2-3 business days of receiving your return and refund in the form of store credit. Please note that all online sale items ending in $.97 and other discounted merchandise is final sale.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria, in which case the items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

DAMAGES

We are dedicated to ensuring that each of the items you order land at your doorstep timely and without damages or defects. If you feel as though you received an item with an imperfection, please email customerservice@thebarefootcottage.com within 3 days of receiving your order, or we are unable to process a return or replacement for you. 

Should you experience a damage or defect, please follow this simple process:

  • Take a photo of the damaged or defective item inside or next to its original packaging. Include images of all sides of the box and the shipping label.
  • Note: claims will NOT be accepted without photos including the original packaging.
  • Send an email to customerservice@thebarefootcottage.com with the subject line “Damage” and include the photos, order number, and a note of the item(s) damaged.
